Rwanda Update L`Esperance
What does a guatemalcian agronom with a german passport in rual Rwanda, close to the city of Kibuye? On top of a hill on the coast of lake Kivu is the small village Kirgarama. In 1994 at the Mugabo hospital just 1km from the village 15.000 men, woman and children where slaughterted. Just a few month later a german based NGO founded the Childrens Village L`Esperance at Kirgarama.
